Like CELI’s Fellowship, the emPOWER22 conference seeks to build community and capacity around the most pressing issues in the transition to a clean energy economy. We design emPOWER to break through silos within clean energy verticals and connect participants with a network of experts and peers. We seek to apply adaptive leadership concepts to how we approach the energy ecosystem’s most challenging problems.
